    How Often should I get a Massage?
    That depends on each individual's situation, medical condition, and commitment. In general, a monthly session is ideal. Your particular needs may require more frequent sessions per month. Always ask before scheduling your next session.

    Where will my session take place?
    If you schedule a session at the private office, your session will be at Drift Avenue, Lawrenceville, NJ. If you schedule a session at your company's location, please check our scheduling website to see where your session will take place at your specific facility.

    Do you accept all forms of Payment?
    Cash, checks, and credit cards are all accepted at the time of payment. Please do not hesitate to ask when scheduling your session to confirm.

    Are you Subsidized by any of the companies you visit?
    At this time, no. I do offer a deep discount when on-site as a courtesy to the employees, particularly sympathetic to the high levels of stress in these environments.

    Must I be Completely Undressed?
    Most massage and bodywork techniques are traditionally performed with the client unclothed; however, you may decide what amount of clothing you prefer to wear for your own comfort. You will be properly draped during the session.

    What's the difference in Relaxation and Deep Tissue?
    A Relaxation Massage Session is the most common of treatments, especially for relaxation and stress relief. Deep flowing strokes are used to induce calm and increase blood flow. Deep Tissue is more therapeutic and corrective, in that it goes deeper into the muscles that may be in spasm or otherwise causing tightness in certain areas of the body. Any session can be adjusted to be a combination of the 2 techniques at a client's request.

    How Long will My Session Last?
    The average full-body massage or bodywork session lasts approximately one hour. Thirty and 45 Minute Sessions are also available, allowing time for partial massage sessions, for instance, the neck, shoulders and back, or legs and feet. Always allow relaxation time prior to and after the session.

    What are the Benefits of Regular Massage and Bodywork?
