Our Wellness Program will allow you to choose the commitment best suited for you, in small increments, up to a 6 month program.

Programs include Massage, Meditation,  Increased Flexibility, Art Therapy, Cranio-Sacral Therapy * (*available in pkg.only), Essential Oils for daily use, Energy Boosts, and various add-ons to customize a package just for you.

We do it every year;
commitments, resolutions, goals, Ultimatums, we've all had them.  Somewhere between the commitment and the follow-through though, 'life' gets in the way, or so it seems.  
Schedules change, weather events, meetings, the list goes on, all of the things that keep us from our initial commitments and goals.

The tree illustration above shows how important self-care truly is, to everything and everyone in our lives. Self care comes from the root of our identity, our values, our choices.  If we don't lose sight of those, we grow; our financial, social, environmental, and Mind-Body branches grow stronger.  Negative conditions that affect our minds and bodies almost inevitably get worse if not addressed.

This isn't news. The proven solutions  of Exercise, Massage, Meditation, and Proper Nutrition work.  But how do we commit to them, for ourselves and those around us?
